Strengthening & Conditioning Fitness Classes in Queens, NY
This class will focus on primarily bodyweight and low weight full-body strengthening and conditioning training. Please bring your own yoga mat if you are uncomfortable on the floor. All other equipment will be provided.
Mondays from 5:00 PM - 5:50 PM & 6:00 PM - 6:50 PM
Member Price: $10/person
