Cancellations and Refund Policy

Drop-Ins/Classes

Cancellations made 24 hours before program will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours in program will receive credit for future programs.

Cancellations will not be refunded after the program time begins.

 

Leagues

80% account credit minus games played once league schedule is out

Reschedule or 80% account credit until between 7 and 3 days out (or when league schedule is out)

100% refund 8+ days before event start

 

Tournaments & Private Events

Reschedule or 80% account credit within 48 hours of event start

80% refund or 100% account credit for cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours of event start

100% refund 8+ days before event start
