Cancellations and Refund Policy

Drop-Ins/Classes
Cancellations made 24 hours before program will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours in program will receive credit for future programs.
Cancellations will not be refunded after the program time begins.
 
Leagues
No refunds or credit after league has begun.
80% account credit minus games played once league schedule is out until league begins.
Reschedule or 80% account credit until between 7 and 3 days out (or when league schedule is out).
100% refund 8+ days before event start.
 
Tournaments & Private Events
No refund or credit within 48 hours of event start.
80% credit, excluding food for cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours of event start.
100% refund 8+ days before event start.
