Youth Beach Volleyball Program Coordinator
QBK Sports is looking for an outgoing, creative, and organized Youth Beach Volleyball Program Coordinator to help expand our youth beach volleyball programs. This role is all about energy, ideas, community building, and creating an unforgettable beach volleyball experience for every child. This is an on-site role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youth, a strong background in admin work, and a love of volleyball.
What You’ll Do
Program Coordination & Growth

Coordinate youth beach volleyball class groups (ages 6+)

Find smart, fun, and strategic ways to fill every class with excited participants
-
Build creative growth strategies to increase program participation
-
Bring in leads, follow up with interested families, and keep that interest alive

Create programming and work with coaches to make classes fun, athletic, and engaging
-
Constantly look for ways to improve the sessions: better drills, more games, smoother flow, further skill development.

Support and train coaches to bring excitement, inclusivity, and strong engagement to every class.

Manage program schedules and logistics

Analysis on classes and filling each class to capacity
Marketing & Outreach

Work with our management and marketing team to show off our amazing youth programs

Create fun, compelling content that gets more families excited to sign up

Source new participants through outreach, partnerships, community events, and your own creative ideas
Sales & Communication

Own the sales process: lead generation, parent communication, sign-ups, and relationship building

Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries

Track registrations and help ensure classes stay full and thriving

Walking families through the registration process and scoring sign ups

Customer Experience
Customer experience is the first and last point of contact in the gym, introducing customers to our program offerings, and making them feel welcome in the facility. Customer experience staff is a friendly face, and always knows what's going on at the gym.
In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will also have a key role in driving membership and program sales by promoting our services and upselling relevant packages. By understanding each customer's needs, you’ll be able to recommend classes, events, and membership options for each of our guests.
Customer Experience Staff will:

Have excellent customer service skills

Sell and sign people up for programs (classes, leagues, etc.)

Check people into the gym

Serve drinks at the bar

Talk with customers and provide feedback for the facility

Have some basic admin duties
-
Keep the gym clean (including but not limited to: sweeping, dusting, bathrooms)

Keep events running smoothly and on time

Cleaning duties around the facility & bar

Sell and upsell class packages, memberships, and events

Crowd entertainment experience (emcee, trivia host, improv, etc.)

Nights and weekend availability* (this is a must, job shifts will be evenings on weekdays, and includes mandatory weekends)
Event Emcee & Staff
Event staff is here to facilitate programs and events, making sure people are participating, and having a great time.
Event Staff will:

Get and keep people engaged in programs (parties, leagues, tournaments, or special events)

Keep events running smoothly and on time

Cover the desk when necessary

Cleaning duties around the facility & bar as necessary

May cover the bar as necessary
