Adult Beach Volleyball Program Coordinator
QBK Sports is seeking a part-time Adult Beach Volleyball Program Coordinator to oversee our adult program, all aspects of coach development and player progress. This is an on-site role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with adults (including beginners), a background in admin work, and a strong background in beach volleyball.
The Adult Beach Volleyball Program Coordinator will be tasked with taking our adult programs to the next level. This will include working with and developing a coaching team that will deliver an experience that keeps players engaged, progressing in the sport, having fun and coming back for more. You will also be responsible for all aspects of the service from marketing to interacting with athletes to training coaches.
What are you building?
Currently, QBK boasts adult classes, leagues, and open play times. We’re open to building more clinics, classes, and any other events you can dream up. There will be ample opportunity to invent.
QBK’s Adult Beach Volleyball Program Coordinator will:

Plan, implement, and coordinate all of our adult beach volleyball programs and events

Manage coach and program schedules and logistics

Work with QBK Youth Beach Volleyball Program Coordinator to create and implement coach development and training plans

Communicate with coaches and players, and handle program-related inquiries

Analysis on programs
-
Have excellent customer service skills
-
Get and keep people engaged in programs (classes, leagues, etc.)

Work with QBK management on planning, implementing, and coordinating all of our adult beach volleyball programs and events

Keep events running smoothly and on time

Youth Beach Volleyball Program Coordinator
QBK Sports is seeking a part-time Youth Beach Volleyball Program Coordinator to oversee our junior programs and camps. This is an on-site role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youth, a strong background in admin work, and a love of volleyball.
The Youth Program Coordinator will be tasked with taking our youth programs to the next level. You'll be responsible for all aspects of the service from marketing to interacting with parents and working with other staff to create programming.
What are you building?
Currently, QBK boasts a competitive club, recreational classes, and drop in/open play events for teens. We’re looking to start building leagues, tournaments, clinics and any other events you can dream up. There will be ample opportunity to invent.
Youth Program Coordinator will:

Communicate with kids and parents, and handle any program-related inquiries

Follow up on balances and contracts

Analysis on classes

Reach out to leads furthering business development and marketing

Customer Experience
Customer experience is the first and last point of contact in the gym, introducing customers to our program offerings, and making them feel welcome in the facility. Customer experience staff is a friendly face, and always knows what's going on at the gym.
In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will also have a key role in driving membership and program sales by promoting our services and upselling relevant packages. By understanding each customer's needs, you’ll be able to recommend classes, events, and membership options for each of our guests.
Customer Experience Staff will:

Sell and sign people up for programs (classes, leagues, etc.)

Check people into the gym

Serve drinks at the bar

Talk with customers and provide feedback for the facility

Have some basic admin duties

Keep the gym clean (including but not limited to: sweeping, dusting, bathrooms)

Event staff is here to facilitate programs and events, making sure people are participating, and having a great time.
